Washer extractors

Fagor washer extractors from 10 kg to 120 kg, hard-mount and suspended, with up to 500 G extraction to shorten drying, programmable controls for chemo-thermal and disinfection wash processes, and connections for automatic liquid dosing.

The Infinity 6 Series: our own range

Infinity is Spencer Systems’ own brand of commercial washers and dryers, engineered for performance and built for longevity. The range spans hardmount washer extractors from 10 kg to 40 kg, softmount washers from 10 kg all the way to 120 kg (with a tilting option on the largest models), commercial dryers from 15 kg including double-stack units, and heavy-duty dryers to 125 kg for large-scale operations.

• Softmount models install without heavy foundations, absorbing up to 97% of vibration, which suits multi-level buildings and retrofits
• High-speed extraction (up to 300 G across the softmount range) cuts drying time and energy use
• Full-colour touchscreen controls with 50 programmable OPL programs, and four chemical compartments with five dosing-pump hoses as standard

Dryers

Commercial and industrial tumble dryers, gas, electric or steam heated, sized to match the washer line so nothing queues.

Ironers and finishing

Flatwork ironers and feeder-folder systems for sheets, tablecloths and linen, plus finishing tunnels for uniforms and workwear.

Steam boilers and compressed air

Fulton steam boilers supplied, installed and maintained to Australian Standards, and air compressors for pressing and finishing equipment.

Chemicals and dosing

Laundry detergents, boosters, disinfectants and softeners, delivered with automatic dosing systems that make every wash consistent and cut chemical use. We set up wash formulas for your linen mix and water conditions.

Installation and project work

Our own installers and fabricators handle the services: gas trains, switchboards, steam pipework, plinths, cable trays, flue and ducting. We have lifted boilers onto rooftops over trading shopfronts and removed plant through city laneways; a laundry room on the third floor of a hospital is a normal week. One contractor, one program, one point of accountability.
